THE MOMS – “Kalipedia”
Kalipedia is the debut release of Copenhagen-based textural noise/free improv trio The Moms.
Manipualating conventional instruments in self-invented unorthodox ways the trio creates an ever-changing music that grabs you and invites you in. It’s 39 minutes and 34 seconds of music without breaks and it’s ripply!
Theres no soothing melodies or calming new-age harmonies, yet it can be a meditative experience if you accept the push and let your mind slip through the void.

VIOLA & THE ANGEL
Ossian Ward (drums) and Mika Persdotter (viola) playfully explores the small particles from which musical structures are made and puts them in unexpected scenarios and contexts. Singing the gospel of the free improvisation and the psalm of interplay, viola & the angel creates spaces for cheerful joy as well as mellow contemplation.
Margaux Oswald
is a pianist and improvisor from Switzerland and now based in Copenhagen. She will present her latest work in the piano solo format, using the full potential of her instrument, from meditative spaces verging on silence to rapid flurries of sound.
