Three of the most interesting musical personalities in Denmark, each in his own area, have put their minds together in a new dynamic constellation of the rarer kind: “the cornet trio”. It consists of Jonas Due on cornet, Lasse Mørck on double bass and Daniel Sommer on drums.
The repertoire is based on their common love for the jazz tradition, which they interpret in a very dynamic, personal and empathetic interplay.
Their vision is to convey the present day relevance of the jazz tradition. It is about musical authenticity, humor & swing, and especially for these reasons B-Bike-Sun-Tree marks itself as one of the most exciting new up-and-coming jazz trios on the European jazz scene today.
