Kaustav Majumder, born in a highly enriched musical family of Kolkata, started his initial training at the age of 3. Now, he is under sincere guidance of Pt. Kushal Das. Majumder is a B-High graded artist of All India Radio and holds a National Scholarship from the Government of India.
He has received the Citi-NCPA Scholarship from the National Centre for Performing Arts, Mumbai and stood 1st in the State Music competition of West Bengal Government. He has also awarded the Jnana-Pravaha Scholarship from Varanasi. He stood 2nd in the prestigious Dover Lane Music Competition.
He is regarded as an “A” Grade artist by Eastern Zonal Cultural Center.(EZCC) and was awarded Sur-Ratna from Kalakrita, Mumbai.
He has performed in the Birth Centenary Celebration Concert in the memory of Shaikh Mujibur Rahman in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Also performed in the prestigious National Parliament House in Dhaka, Bangladesh in celebration of the Golden Jubilee of Vijay Divas.
His recent tours to Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland and Bangladesh was a great success. His concerts are marked for the aesthetical charm of music as a budding artist of this generation.

Hamid Walizada, born in Afghanistan and now based in Denmark, began learning the tabla at the age of nine in the Afghan style. Over the past seven years, he has dedicated himself to the study of traditional Indian classical music. As a committed student of this rich musical tradition, he continues to refine his technique and deepen his understanding of the art of tabla.
