About International Creative Residencies

Following up on last year’s success, the collaboration between Italian collectives and improvisers from Copenhagen’s scene is expanding this year into a bigger project spanning over four months: International Creative Residencies.

Every month, from February to May, a different group of improvisers is touring through Italy to meet various underground music collectives, from north to south, to work together and share aesthetics and practices. Conversely, a different group of musician will travel from Italy to Copenhagen each month to experience the scene here and work with local improvisers.

International Creative Residencies is a collaboration between Koncertkirken, H15, RMC, Springtime Jazz Festival and Mediterraneo Radicale.
