About the concert:
In this evening the 3 percussionists- strictly trained in different expertise yet all with Asian roots-will unite for the first time and offer audiences a primordial sonic experience, an deep and magical experience beyond time and space.
Korean Traditional Music, a wholesome practice uniting Human, Animal, and God passed down by their ancestors, penetrates directly into human’s biological system, thus enormous healing experience . Interestingly enough, contemporary music and free improvisation, when performed by an intensely present percussionist who has united his or own extremes, can deliver similar effect.
Ying-Hsueh Chen (Taichung, 1983) is a multi-faceted Taiwanese percussionist based in Copenhagen since 2006, known for her penetrating stage presence and convincing interpretation of contemporary works. www.yinghsuehchen.com

“Primordial virtuosity” are the 3 percussionists’ common traits.
Every human longs to be touched by the primal sound, because it is our metaphysical home. We invite you to experience this unique concert which we are offering you. Children over 5 years old are also welcome/
